GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – On Thursday, February 23rd, Weld District Attorney Michael Rourke issued a letter and report to Greeley Police Chief Adam Turk in regard to the officer involved shooting of Sebastian Osborn.
The 19th Judicial District Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) conducted the investigation which was provided to the District Attorney’s Office.
Based on the thorough CIRT investigation, DA Rourke has determined that Officer Serafino was justified in discharging his firearm at Osborn during the incident on December 27, 2022.
