Biography of Robert W. Miller

Rob Miller Robb Miller was appointed by Michael J. Rourke to Assistant District Attorney in January 2015. He has been at the District Attorney's office since 1999 and prosecuted a variety of serious crimes including Murders, Attempted Murders, and Sexual Assaults. Prior to being appointed Assistant D.A., Robb supervised a number of different departments including the prosecution of gang cases. He has presented and trained on prosecuting gangs, among many other topics, to state and national law enforcement groups.

Robb received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Hastings College in 1996. He then graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law in 1999.

Robb was born and raised in Greeley. He has been active in the community for years having been involved in forming the Drug Court and the Diversion program and is currently a member of Rotary and the Pretrial Services Board.
