GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – A Windsor man accused of shooting and killing a Greeley woman Monday has been formally charged in Weld District Court. Kaman Morgan, 35, was charged Wednesday afternoon with one court of Murder in the First Degree, a class 1 felony. Morgan is accused of killing Brie Ann Biondolillo at a home in Windsor earlier this week. He’s currently being held on no bond at the Weld County Jail. Morgan’s next court appearance is scheduled for April 10 at 2:30 p.m. in Division 11.
