GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) - A sentencing date has been set for a University of Northern Colorado student who pled guilty to one count of Unlawful Sexual Contact.
According to prosecutors, 21-year-old Brandan Lee pled guilty to this charge last week and admitted to drinking copious amounts of alcohol at a party on campus in April of 2017.
The female victim told police that Lee stuck his hands down her pants and touched her genitals without her consent while they were both at the party.
Lee admitted to consuming too much alcohol and says he doesn’t remember anything from the alleged incident.
A sentencing hearing has been scheduled for December 11 at 1:30 p.m. Trevor Pellerite prosecuted this case.
