GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – A Weld County jury convicted a man of indecent exposure after a trespassing incident in 2023.
On May 17, 2023, two female officers with the Greeley Police Department responded to a home in the 1600 block of 7th Avenue for reports of trespassing.
When officers arrived at the location, they contacted the defendant, 42-year-old Terry Stichter. While the female officers were questioning the defendant, he kept reaching in his pants while saying sexually egregious comments to both officers.
When ordered to take his hands out of his pockets, the defendant refused and then told officers he was masturbating.
Last week, a jury convicted the defendant of: two counts of indecent exposure – masturbation, one count of trespassing, and one count of use of a controlled substance.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 21st at 9:30 AM in Division 8.
