GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – On Monday, a Weld County judge updated the bond conditions for an Aurora businessman convicted of theft for not delivering property to customers that his moving company H&M Relocation Services had been contracted with to move.

Last week Huseyn Nemat-Zoda, 40, was found guilty by a Weld County jury of two counts of theft and is scheduled for sentencing on May 9, 2024.
At the request of the Weld County District Attorney's Office and after a hearing, 19th Judicial District Court Judge Timothy Kerns ordered an additional condition of Nemat-Zoda bond be that he is "precluded from engaging in any commercial transactions involving the transport of any household belongings of a third party."

The Weld County District Attorney is asking the public to notify our office if you have reason to believe that he is still transporting household goods after February, 26, 2024 under his own name or any of his known aliases of Hussein Nemat-Zoda, Adam Zoda, David Zoda, Dawood and Amir.

If you have information, please contact Weld County District Attorney’s Office Investigator Carrie Barela at (970) 400-4709.
