Weld County Grand Jury Indicts Four People on Multiple Felony Charges

Dominic Crawford, Martin Sanchez, Jordan Vigil, Lillian Zalvala indicted

GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – On September 23, 2023, the 19th Judicial District Statutory Grand Jury found a true bill and issued an indictment against Lillian Zavala, Dominic Uriah-James Crawford, Martin Padilla Sanchez and Jordan Issac Vigil.  That indictment was returned in open court on Monday September 25, 2023 and warrants were issued for the arrest of those four individuals.

The Grand Jury Indictment alleges that these four individuals were members of a criminal enterprise whose purpose was to distribute controlled substances, committing vehicle theft and organized retail theft, as well as committing violent crimes in furtherance of this enterprise.

The charges contained in the indictment include a violation of the Colorado Organized Crime Control Act, Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder in the First Degree, Aggravated Robbery, Theft, Aggravated Motor Vehicle Theft, and Distribution of Controlled Substances amongst the 66 total counts.

The four defendants have been charged as follows:

 

Lillian Zavala—23CR1515 Charged with 66 felony counts

Dominic Uriah-James Crawford – 23CR1518 Charged with 66 felony counts 

Martin Padilla Sanchez – 23CR1516 – Charged with 62 felony counts

Jordan Issac Vigil – 23CR1517 – Charged with 65 felony counts

A Judge has set bond at $250,000 for each defendant.

Zavala is scheduled to appear in court September 26 at 2:30 p.m. in Division 8 for a bond hearing.  The other three defendants do not have a court date set at this time. 

The investigating agencies for this case are the Greeley Police Department and Colorado State Patrol.
