GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – On November 8, 2022, a Greeley police officer was involved in a fatal shooting.
Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke will refer this case to the 2023-2024 19th Judicial District Statutory Grand Jury for its investigation.
Under Colorado law, grand jury proceedings are secret and not open to the public.
