GREELEY, Colo. (Weld County D.A.) – On Monday, April 6th, Weld County District Attorney Michael Rourke issued a letter and report to Greeley Police Chief Adam Turk regarding the officer involved shooting of Aden Jeannoutot on November 26th, 2025.
The 19th Judicial District Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) conducted the investigation which was provided to the District Attorney’s Office.
Based on the thorough CIRT investigation, DA Rourke has determined that Officer Trujillo will not be criminally charged for discharging his firearm at Jeannoutot during the incident.
