A former Greeley Police officer has been cleared of criminal charges after being involved in a deadly shooting in November.
The shooting, which left a Greeley man dead, happened on November 8th at a home on 20th Street.
The Weld County Statutory Grand Jury has concluded its investigation and determined that the former officer’s actions were justified and issued a no true bill, meaning there was not probable cause to believe a crime was committed. The grand jury also issued a report regarding its findings.
A copy of the report can be found here.
Any additional requests must be made through the Greeley Police Department at this time.
